I’m Matt
I’ve always chased thrills and roller coasters have been the perfect ride.
My passion for amusement parks began at a young age, during family vacations to Italian parks like Mirabilandia and Gardaland in Italy. What started as pure excitement on the rides quickly turned into a deep fascination for how they worked, how they were designed, and what made them truly unforgettable.
From Parks to Prototypes
Although my academic journey took me through Computer Engineering that curiosity for the behind the scenes of roller coasters never left me.
Over the years, this passion has led me to visit parks all over Europe and the U.S., including Europa-Park, Disneyland Paris, Disneyland California, and Universal Studios not just to ride, but to study the immersive storytelling, the ride systems, and the technology behind themed attractions.
Driven by my passion and curiosity, I began diving deeper into the technical side of themed attractions. After years of visiting parks and observing every detail from coaster track shaping to dark ride mechanics. I started experimenting with 3D modeling in SolidWorks. This hands-on approach helped me better understand structural design, mechanical components, and how real-world engineering meets creativity in the theme park industry. Replicating ride elements in 3D has become a way for me to learn, explore, and imagine how these incredible machines come to life.
